x44 Terms & Conditions

1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between x44 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who accesses or uses the online gaming platform operated at x44.club. By accessing the x44 website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager or entering any game, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them.

x44 operates under an international gaming licence. The Platform is intended solely for adult recreational gaming. Nothing on the x44 platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice or a guarantee of financial return. All gaming activity involves risk of financial loss.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an x44 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. x44 applies strict age verification controls during the registration and KYC (know-your-customer) process.
• You must be a natural person registering on your own behalf. Corporate accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which access to online gambling platforms is prohibited under applicable local law. Determining the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction is your sole responsibility.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer or close associate of x44 or any x44 game provider or technology partner.
• You must not have previously held an x44 account that was closed for breach of these Terms or suspected fraud.
• You must be of sound mind and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

By completing the x44 registration form, you represent and warrant that all information provided is true, accurate, current and complete. Providing false information — including false age or identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities.

3. Account Management

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active x44 account at any time. If x44 identifies that a player holds or has held multiple accounts, all such accounts are subject to immediate closure. Any bonuses, free bets, free spins or winnings generated across duplicate accounts are liable to forfeiture at x44's absolute discretion.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

x44 is required to verify the identity, age and payment methods of all players. You may be required to provide documentary evidence at any point, including but not limited to: a copy of your Malaysian National Registration Identity Card (MyKad), a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address, or documentation confirming ownership of payment methods used. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the period specified by x44 may result in withdrawal processing delays or account suspension.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your x44 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. x44 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised use of your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security. You should contact support@x44.club immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your x44 account at any time by contacting support@x44.club. x44 may close or suspend any account without prior notice where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, collusion, bonus abuse or breach of these Terms.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All x44 accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM20 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method.
• Deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank and supported cryptocurrency channels are credited to your x44 wallet promptly upon confirmation by the payment provider.
• x44 does not accept deposits from third parties. Funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Players who have not completed KYC may experience processing delays.
• x44 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for withdrawals exceeding thresholds set by x44's compliance team.
• In the event that a deposit is reversed, charged back or cancelled by a payment provider after gaming activity has taken place, x44 reserves the right to recover the equivalent amount from the player's balance or through other available means.
• x44 does not process withdrawals via cryptocurrency to wallets that have not been previously used to make a deposit on the Platform.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

x44 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, deposit matches, free spins, free bets and other incentives to eligible players. The following general conditions apply to all x44 promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Promotions are available to eligible registered players only. x44 determines eligibility at its absolute discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games and time limit for each promotion are stated in the promotion-specific terms at the time the offer is made.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• x44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, matched betting strategies designed to exploit promotional terms, or any form of soft play — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• Players who have opted into self-exclusion or set active deposit limits may be excluded from receiving promotional offers during the relevant restriction period.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

The specific rules governing sportsbook betting, live casino games, slot machine play and all other x44 gaming products are detailed within each respective product section of the Platform. The following general provisions apply across all x44 gaming products:

• All wagers and game results are final once confirmed by the x44 system. x44 is not responsible for losses arising from player error, including incorrect bet selection, staking errors or misunderstanding of game rules.
• x44 reserves the right to void any bet or gaming result where there is evidence of system error, data feed error, technical malfunction or any other circumstance that x44 reasonably determines has resulted in an incorrect outcome.
• In-play (live) betting odds are subject to change without notice. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation.
• x44 sets maximum stake and maximum win limits across all products. These limits may vary by game, market, event and account history. x44 reserves the right to impose individual stake restrictions on any account at any time.
• All game outcomes on the x44 Platform are determined by certified random number generation systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical actions of licensed professional dealers in independently audited studios.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the x44 Platform. Engagement in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account closure, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account per person, household, device, or IP address.
• Using the x44 Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, errors, loopholes or vulnerabilities in the x44 software or gaming systems.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the x44 Platform without express written authorisation from x44.
• Colluding with other players in live casino or poker-format games.
• Accessing the x44 Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited under local law.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, KYC or any other interaction with x44.
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming restrictions, including self-exclusion, by registering a new account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content available on the x44 Platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, logos, text, data, databases, user interfaces, and the x44 brand marks — is the property of x44 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the x44 Platform for personal recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any x44 content without express written permission from x44.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• x44 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• x44 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• x44's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• x44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• x44 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security, or from your use of the Platform in breach of applicable local laws.

10. Responsible Gaming

x44 is committed to responsible gaming. The Platform provides a suite of player protection tools accessible at any time from the Account Settings section:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly and monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit to your x44 account.
• Loss limits — caps on the net loss you can incur within a defined period.
• Session time alerts — notifications reminding you of the duration of your current session.
• Self-exclusion — voluntary account closure or suspension for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately.

If you believe your gambling is causing harm to yourself or others, you are encouraged to use these tools immediately and to seek support from qualified professionals. x44 will not reverse a self-exclusion request during the elected exclusion period under any circumstances.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

12. Amendments to These Terms

x44 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, x44 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via the registered email address or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the x44 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support@x44.club to request account closure.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which x44 holds its gaming licence. In the event of a dispute between you and x44 arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting x44 support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body, as determined by x44 at its discretion. Nothing in this clause shall prevent x44 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.
