How to Self-Exclude from x44

Self-exclusion at x44 is immediate and straightforward. There is no cooling-off period before the exclusion takes effect, and x44 will not attempt to talk you out of it or offer you a counter-promotion. Here is how to do it:

x44 Age Verification Policy

x44 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all players on the Platform. This is not simply a tickbox confirmation — x44 conducts active age verification as part of the KYC process for all registered accounts.

All players are required to submit a copy of their Malaysian National Registration Identity Card (MyKad) or equivalent identity document as part of the x44 KYC process. This document is verified to confirm both identity and date of birth. Withdrawals are not processed until KYC is complete.
